OECD SIGMA is a governance data platform used by experts to assess and simulate public administration reforms. At its centre is a single interactive visualisation that reveals a deep framework of metrics. We designed it as a tool for exploration, comparison and advocacy, balancing layered complexity with clarity, responsiveness and policy relevance.
